The second amendment adopted on December 15th, 1791 says that we the people of the United States of America are allowed to have
guns, but the main purpose of the ownership of guns is for States to keep militias. This law doesn't guarantee the right for people to
keep or bear arms.The government has the right to take and give the rights of the ownership of guns. This amendment is meant for free states to have security.
